I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is right in front of the London Bridge, making it ideal for those who love boating and hitting the beach. The spacious rooms were a delight, although a bit lacking in furniture. The service was top-notch, with a super-friendly and helpful staff. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, as the offerings were limited. The view from the quay was stunning, and the proximity to restaurants and shopping was a huge plus.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were fantastic with great views and an outdoor bar and restaurant adjacent, offering a nostalgic view of the London Bridge from the balcony. The service was very hands-on and attentive, although the early morning banging of cleaning carts was a slight disturbance. The location was perfect, giving easy access to various attractions, while the dining options were satisfying. Overall, a great value for the money.
My stay at the Heat hotel was fantastic! The suite was clean and large, offering a great view of the London Bridge. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring and enjoying the area. However, there was some disturbance from loud music at night. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I want to thank Heat hotel for a great stay.
